abstract: Abstract:  Is the Primo interface  intuitive for the average user?  How do users interact with Primo? Can the interface be modified to improve the user experience? Join us for a panel presentation  on Primo usability studies  conducted  in 2012 at four academic institutions to address those questions and more.
