An analysis of feedbacks received from SFX, including categories of feedbacks encountered (vendor access problems, incorrect holdings, knowledgebase issues, and local issues (such as proxy/VPN problems)). UC experienced spikes in feedbacks during some vendor transitions, typically related to redirect functionality.
