abstract: In August 2012, CIO Dave Wallace joined the University of Waterloo and quickly began a highly engaged process of reinvigorating central IT's discussion with campus IT units, including those in the Library. This presentation will present the rationale, process and outcomes of the Campus IT Strategic Planning Task Force, and how this has interfaced with the Library's organization and technology services footprint.
