abstract: Our small library at Hampshire College has decided to turn on the ability for local patrons to place hold requests on local items. This session will cover our decision making process for opting to provide this service, steps to getting a final decision made, implementation strategy and technical steps for activating the service. Participants will be guided through the process, from idea to implementation, including customization options, reporting, staff workflows, and usage statistics.
