During the process of implementing Alma, we encountered significant questions about how we would operate 1) Interlibrary loan services; 2) course reserves services; and 3) bookings for patron use of our Main Library’s group study rooms. This presentation outlines the problems that we faced in each of these three areas, along with the solutions that we developed to ensure a high quality of service after going live.
