abstract: Librarians at Loyola University New Orleans conducted competitive usability tests to justify the purchase of a discovery system. That research informed the decision to purchase Primo (Gallaway and Hines 2012). This presentation will share results of the redeployed usability study after implementation. The presenters will show how Primo solved some documented user issues and how the follow up usability study will inform future customizations to Primo.
