Not all of those decisions work out to be the best ones. The University of Minnesota, Twin Cities went live in July, 2002. We are still struggling to reach peak performance. This presentation is about what ‘we didn’t do well.’ Our hope is that by admitting our problems, we will help new ALEPH institutions avoid similar pitfalls and problems.
