      "abstract": "Many decisions and choices are made in the course of migrating to a new system and during the early days of implementation (e.g., data, training, staffing). Not all of those decisions work out to be the best ones. The University of Minnesota, Twin Cities went live in July, 2002. We are still struggling to reach peak performance. This presentation is about what \u2018we didn\u2019t do well.\u2019 Our hope is that by admitting our problems, we will help new ALEPH institutions avoid similar pitfalls and problems.",
