abstract: The University of Tennessee went live with Alma in December 2014. Join us as we share our implementation experience, including insights and lessons learned during a six month Alma implementation. We will discuss topics such as selecting a library migration team, data preparation and cleanup, communication and training, certification, effects on our existing Primo instance, etc. We will also cover what we wish we had known prior to and during the implementation. The process was challenging, but we came out smiling!
