abstract: The addition of collections such as SciTech Connect and DTIC to Primo Central has significantly improved discovery of technical reports.  The addition also raises issues regarding Primo resource types, handling of report numbers, metadata normalization, OpenURLs, RIS export and more. This session will cover our experience with technical reports in Primo, changes we made to normalization rules and other settings, and wider issues regarding discovery and delivery of technical report literature.
