title: Automating Voyager client upgrades using Voyager's AutoUpdate

abstract: Voyager's AutoUpdate provides the ability to automatically update the Voyager client software without requiring a sys admin to visit each PC.  This presentation describes how to get started using AutoUpdate, define which files that are installed during the upgrade, how push out customized versions of Voyager config files, and even how to push out local files that are not included as part of the Voyager install.  Some troubleshooting and problem resolution tips will also be included.

This presentation will be focused primarily on the autoupdate functionality in Voyager 9.x.  Voyager 8.x uses a different autoupdate method and will be touched on briefly but not discussed in detail.
