N2  - This presentation will share our experience handling various e-book acquisition models, such as e-book package purchases, Patron-Driven Acquisition (PDA) and Evidence-Based Selection (EBS) after transitioning to Alma.

We will also address the technical aspects of record batch-loading functions in Alma and the overall impact this has on e-book acquisition and record management, such as how to update monthly deleted titles for packages, how to reduce duplicate purchases between packages and how to deal with vendors merging or contract changes. We will also discuss portfolio management of Electronic Collections, record import and normalization rules, query/set management and global editing functions in Alma.
