UConn went live on Alma & Primo in July 2015, and while what you'll hear doesn't guarantee a flawless implementation, the goal of this talk is to help you think conceptually and in an organized way about the process, to provide some hard-won advice about planning, and to encourage you to face the task ahead of you and your colleagues with a smile.
