In many cases and in many ways, community usesrs will provide you with valuable input if you use the available tools that allow you to learn from their experiences and then use that to plan a better experience for them. The University of Oklahoma library discovery team will share our experiences to-date in this area and discuss the strategies, relationships, and technologies we've found helpful in doing this work.
