      "abstract": "Primo normalization rules lie behind all of the content and most of the functionality users experience in the Primo front end.  In addition, knowing a little bit about normalization rules can go a long way in troubleshooting metadata problems in Primo.  The session will consist of a presentation on these \u201csuperhero\u201d aspects of the humble Primo normalization rule.  The remainder of the session will be devoted to a question and answer session \u2013 bring your norm rule issues (and suspected norm rule issues)!!",
