Concurrently, accelerating forces of change in technology, research and research publishing are further motivating the need for change in academic libraries. We can best meet these challenges by developing a unification strategy that builds on individual strengths, while at the same time leverages collaboration and cooperation in order to creatively and collaboratively innovate a total approach that is far greater than the sum of the individual parts.</dc:description>
