In summer 2014 we moved to Intota v. 1. We’ll talk about the process of change that led us to implement Intota; how we hoped it would help us; what our experience has been; strategies to use it as well as possible; and challenges in developing skills for staff who have been comfortable with step-by-step manuals moving into a much more open-ended, self-directed, problem-solving mode.
