%X The NCIP addon streamlines processing of both lending and borrowing Interlibrary Loan requests automatically using existing ILLiad work flows with Alma. Circulation desk staff no longer need to toggle between two systems to manage current loans and view items on hold. Patrons need only view their account in Primo to see all of their loans or outstanding requests. Lending staff no longer need to update requests to shipped in ILLiad and then check the item out in Alma, eliminating the need for pseudopatrons. Everybody wins!
