abstract: Ex Libris continues to have monthly updates to Alma. Many monthly releases have over 100 new features / changes / fixes. Monthly releases are pushed to production, regardless if a library is "ready or not".

This session will discuss the challenges libaries face in testing and implementing functionality in each monthly release. Perspectives from libraries of different sizes will be included. What should be tested? Is testing worth it? How are changes communicated to library staff? Audience participation, discussing their experiences, will also be encouraged.
