In this presentation both libraries will share a holistic overview of this project and lessons we learned from the process.  We would like to share:     reasons we went live with the new UI;   way we rolled out the new UI (notified users);   configuration/customization decisions;   issues/problems we have experienced;   assessment and usability testing;   enhancements/future plans for the new UI.     This presentation will allow us to share our story with you but also give you an opportunity to ask questions about our experience.
