abstract: Tennessee Tech Library went live with the new Primo UI in August 2016.  BU Libraries went live with the new Primo UI in January 2017.  In this presentation both libraries will share a holistic overview of this project and lessons we learned from the process.  We would like to share:

 reasons we went live with the new UI;
 way we rolled out the new UI (notified users);
 configuration/customization decisions;
 issues/problems we have experienced;
 assessment and usability testing;
 enhancements/future plans for the new UI.

 This presentation will allow us to share our story with you but also give you an opportunity to ask questions about our experience.
