The collaborative panel, representing the interests of both North American and International customers, intends to identify and discuss these common goals and concerns, as well as compare features and functionality from both discovery systems. Since the majority of Summon or Primo customers have little visibility into the other's product, we feel this would be particularly beneficial for both sides, given the fact there will be continued cross-pollination of many discovery features. Topics include: normalizing data, analytics, product customization, troubleshooting techniques and a compare and contrast of useful platform specific features. date: 2017-05-11 full_text_status: restricted pres_type: other event_title: ELUNA 2017 Annual Meeting event_location: Schaumburg, Illinois event_dates: May 10-12, 2017 event_type: conference refereed: TRUE citation: Drescher, Judy and Haenger, Christian and Hammons, Jim and Madgett, Lorne and Oldham, Randy (2017) Discovery Panel: A Compare and Contrast of Summon & Primo.
