Learn how the U of M system identified open access content available via Alma, how already activated content was cleaned up after migrating from Aleph to Alma, and how we accomplished activating OA and free content for all campuses within the University of Minnesota system. Through local policies and procedures, and utilizing the Electronic Resource Activation Task List, the U of M continues to take advantage of OA and free content. Additionally, U of M campuses activate open access collection via Primo Central Index for added Primo discovery of open access content. This presentation is recommended for institutions new to Alma and/or PCI, or those in need of Alma or OA clean-up. date: 2017-05-12 full_text_status: restricted pres_type: other event_title: ELUNA 2017 Annual Meeting event_location: Schaumburg, Illinois event_dates: May 10-12, 2017 event_type: conference refereed: TRUE citation: Ostendorf, Danielle (2017) Organizing and activating free and Open Access content in Alma and Primo Central Index.
