abstract: Coming from Voyager, after over 16 years of setting up and updating calendars for a multi-library university, I have had nightmares over getting my calendars working right in Alma.  The University of Kentucky has everything from a 24 x 5+ main library to a 40 hour a week storage facility.  Library hours change between semesters and do different things during the summer sessions.  I will explain the “gotchas” and how I got around them.
