abstract: Kansas State University Libraries migrated from Voyager to Alma in July 2015.  At that time, approximately 10,000 local authorities were migrated into the local institution authority file.  K-State Libraries has worked with an outsourcing vendor for bibliographic and authority maintenance since 2006.  Post migration, K-State Libraries continues to utilize the authority reports generated by the vendor.   This presentation will review use of local authorities, use of vendor reports, and the various eccentricities found in the Alma catalog.
