Yet going live was not our final destination, and our new lives in the cloud were just beginning. A panel of librarians from our institution (Head of Systems, Head of Access Services, Head of Acquisition and Cataloging, Electronic Resources Librarians, Digital Services Librarian, and Head of Reference Services) will elaborate the impact of our Alma/Primo implementation after nearly two years. We will share how we have been transforming our roles and responsibilities, as well as how we continue to utilize collaborative and decentralized strategies to thrive through changes. This presentation will also cover some details of establishing teams and processes in order to effectively communicate with Ex Libris, build new skills, facilitate ongoing staff training, and identify new needs. date: 2017-05-10 full_text_status: restricted pres_type: other event_title: ELUNA 2017 Annual Meeting event_location: Schaumburg, Illinois event_dates: May 10-12, 2017 event_type: conference refereed: TRUE citation: Ma, Hong and Heller, Margaret and Rollins, Sherri and Chang, Ling-Li and Martin, Chris and McGuigan, Niamh (2017) Two years in the cloud with Alma/Primo: How are we doing?
