N2  - This presentation will discuss a year of usability testing with Primo. In Fall 2016, University of Washington Libraries started usability testing with our current iteration of Primo, followed by the new user interface and culminating in Spring 2017 with A/B performance testing of the two interfaces. We will discuss our findings to date and how they will inform future customizations to Primo.
