N2  - Spiva Library at Missouri Southern State University adopted the Summon discovery service in July 2011. While our staff and patrons were eager to embrace this new product, its implementation initially posed many changes and challenges for everyone. During this session we will share our Summon experience from beginning to present time including the good, the bad, and the ugly. Hopefully this presentation has something for everyone - those involved in interface customization, instruction, user behavior, resource management/collection development, and more.
