abstract: In 2018, NERS development points will be granted to Leganto for a 2018 enhancement voting cycle. In parallel, Ex Libris will direct customers to submit Leganto enhancement requests to Idea Exchange and/or NERS rather than Salesforce. 

This joint ELUNA/IGeLU and Ex Libris presentation includes a “recap” on what the Collaborative Partner Agreement is about, how moving to Idea Exchange and NERS is progressing, and recommend best practices on how to use both Idea Exchange and NERS.
