We are building on a strong foundation of collaboration in OCUL (Ontario Council of University Libraries, the 21 university libraries in Ontario) for shared systems such as ILL, journals and ebook platforms, and consortial purchasing of e-resources. We will extend the existing partnerships very concretely by moving into a shared LSP. We talk about working "locally" and OCULly" -- what does that look like when we develop a procurement and implementation process and new ways of working together? Sandra is Chair of the CF Requirements and Evaluation Working Group (REWG), a member of the CF Steering Committee for the procurement and implementation phase of the project, and project lead for local implementation at Queen's. She is also a former library systems account manager (sales) and consultant. She will share experience from the project so far and look ahead to the upcoming stages of this important project, and will welcome insights from attendees. Note: Queen’s is a Voyager and Summon client; at time of writing, the procurement outcome is not yet known.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">General Topics</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2018-05-02</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Conference or Workshop Item</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_1638"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_1638_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
