Dramatic staffing changes, a library-wide reorganization, and the redistribution of work brought on by the migration created the perfect environment for a restructuring of responsibilities, workflows, and job descriptions. From managing record loads to administering the ILS and discovery layer, WMU's new Resource Management Department is achieving more with less staff than we could have predicted. date: 2018-05-03 full_text_status: restricted pres_type: other event_title: ELUNA 2018 Annual Meeting event_location: Spokane, Washington event_dates: May 1-4, 2018 event_type: conference refereed: TRUE citation: Gross, Emily and Rinna, Geri and Swierenga, Marianne (2018) Scaling Technical Services to Alma and Primo.
