During this presentation we will review the team’s mission and vision, and share more about who we are. This session is an opportunity to better understand who are the people behind Content Operations, and what the Content Operations team's main activities and initiatives are, as well as to get a glimpse of our shared processes, and their relation to the suite of Ex Libris products. The session will address the challenges of maintaining and prioritizing content ingestion, and managing the metadata in the various Ex Libris products. We will also discuss other areas of interest, such as working with our content providers, the importance of the work currently done together with the Ex Libris customer community, and more! date: 2018-05-04 full_text_status: restricted pres_type: other event_title: ELUNA 2018 Annual Meeting event_location: Spokane, Washington event_dates: May 1-4, 2018 event_type: conference refereed: FALSE citation: Hovenden, Dave (2018) Ex Libris Content Operations 101.
