description: After customizing the new Primo UI for nine months, the University of Tennessee released it to users for the fall semester 2017.  In this presentation we will share our implementation experience from beginning to end, focusing specifically on new customizations added and our work with a large matrix group of library individuals to obtain buy-in and advice.  We will also share details of feedback received from patrons (including those things users complain the most about!) pertaining to the new interface.  Finally, we will provide "hindsight analysis" of what we wish we had known before jumping into this venture, and also try to answer these questions: are users happy with the new interface?  are we happy with it?  We would love to hear feedback from others who have traveled this road as well, and there should be time afterwards for discussion and Q&A.
