abstract: If you’ve wondered if you’re taking advantage of all that Primo has to offer, or worried about finding the time or resources to spend on it, you are not alone. Join us for this session where we’ll guide you through both best practices and key features in critical areas. We’ll cover a range of topics, including search, serendipitous discovery and exploration, Primo as a gateway, and more. We’ll also share best practices, tips, and tricks for managing discovery day-to-day, including engaging staff, soliciting user feedback, and keeping up with new features. This session is presented by the Ex Libris Customer Success Team, and is based on what we’ve learned from libraries about the challenges and best practices for managing Primo.
