This presentation will discuss how the Harvard Library Alma Analytics and Reporting Working Group prepared for Alma implementation by identifying staff day one reporting needs and and how to support them via a suite of shared reports. The presentation will also discuss how the ARWG identified areas where Alma Analytics would not be sufficient and devised strategies to meet those needs, prepared training for staff, and provided other analysis and feedback during the implementation process. date: 2019-05-03 date_type: completed full_text_status: restricted pres_type: other event_title: ELUNA 2019 Annual Meeting event_location: Atlanta, GA event_dates: April 29-May 3, 2019 event_type: conference refereed: TRUE citation: Powers, Allison and Vernon, Elizabeth (2019) Reporting Needs Assessment & Alma Analytics Implementation at Harvard.
