When implementing the new UI at The New School, public service staff were looking for a way to seamlessly integrate ILL request forms into the Primo application rather than send patrons to another application. After implementing OpacViaPrimo in the new UI, we decided we wanted the same request experience to be the model for ILLiad requests. In June, 2018, we released version 1 of ILLiadTabs. After the first six months, inter-library loan requests increased over 130%. This presentation will demo the customization and discuss the architecture necessary to deploy the customization (Primo, PHP, MySQL and Illiad 8) date: 2019-05-02 date_type: completed full_text_status: restricted pres_type: other event_title: ELUNA 2019 Annual Meeting event_location: Atlanta, GA event_dates: April 29-May 3, 2019 event_type: conference refereed: TRUE citation: Jones, Allen (2019) Seamless Requesting from Primo to Illiad: A 5-second Demo.
