Hear how we analyzed the problem, arrived at selective deFRBRization as the solution, and then planned, tested, and implemented it in production. (Changes to OTB normalization rules will be covered in detail.) Hear also how the project uncovered a few hidden metadata problems and helped us justify some much-needed database maintenance.
