This session will explore how the University of Guelph Library has prepared for their upcoming migration into a consortial Alma implementation. We'll discuss specific ways in which we've shifted priorities to free up staff time, initiated important data cleanup tasks, prepared staff for change, and contributed our consortial experiences to the creation of a larger consortia with many new members.
