Making data discoverable in Primo requires knowing how Primo uses and displays Alma data. Library data is massive and scattered. Years of local cataloging practices, changes in those practices, and several migrations later we find that there are still plenty of display issues, broken or mismatched links and problems that just need to be solved. Learn to identify, troubleshoot and create solutions to some practical processes which may be employed to improve discoverability using subject keywords and locally created series. date: 2019-05-02 full_text_status: restricted pres_type: other event_title: ELUNA 2019 Annual Meeting event_location: Atlanta, GA event_dates: April 29-May 3, 2019 event_type: conference refereed: TRUE citation: Chen, Mingyu (2019) Improving the User Experience in Primo by Optimizing Data in Alma.
