Harvard migrated from Aleph to Alma last July. Even with decades of experience managing vendor loads, the transition was bumpy. In this session, we’ll talk about what we’ve learned managing and troubleshooting EOD and Update Inventory imports, as well as EDI invoices. In addition, we’ll discuss how we used APIs to create invoices for vendors unable to supply EDI invoices. There will also be time for attendees to share their experiences, so audience members should come away with a better understanding of how to manage these processes for themselves.",
