In this presentation, I will cover how we manage the 30,000 and counting ebook records for our demand driven acquisitions (DDA) of ebooks program. I will cover how we use electronic collections in Alma to manage ebook records, how we use MarcEdit to edit the records before loading them in Alma, and the import profile we use to load them in Alma. I will also share how we batch delete unpurchased records for titles that are removed from the DDA record pool each month and show our workflow for updating records and creating POLs for ebooks that are purchased. I will also talk about the lessons we learned and how we improved these processes over time.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2019-05-02</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Conference or Workshop Item</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_1878"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_1878_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
