In the weeks leading up to our launch, a group of assessment-focused colleagues from across the Consortium took it upon themselves to prepare specifically for the opportunities that Alma Analytics brings -- including expanded access to reporting functionality for staff throughout the library. In order to take advantage of these opportunities, we established a group to lead Analytics trainings for the whole Consortium. A primary goal for this training has been to cultivate a community of practice across institutions, leveraging expertise from multiple functional areas as well as skills with data analysis and visualization. In this presentation, the Alma Analytics training team shares the progression of their training program, from advocating for Analytics as a training priority to providing monthly webinars. Presenters will share successes, obstacles, and lessons learned date: 2019-05-01 full_text_status: restricted pres_type: other event_title: ELUNA 2019 Annual Meeting event_location: Atlanta, GA event_dates: April 29-May 3, 2019 event_type: conference refereed: TRUE citation: Bell, Kathleen and Edwards, Kimberley A. and Toohey, Liam (2019) Alma Analytics Training Across a Consortium.
