SFX requires its administrators to apply knowledge of acquisitions, serials, electronic resources, and user experience in a highly specialized environment. Few SFX Administrators have the luxury of attending to their organizations' installations full-time and as a result, specific tasks and local customizations that can optimize SFX for staff and users go undone. This session will outline strategies for managing HTML and Text Monthly Update Reports. The presentation will include an explanation of the differences between the reports, strategies for reviewing the text report, and methods for troubleshooting problems that occur after an update has been applied. </mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">SFX</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2009-05-06</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Conference or Workshop Item</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_192"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_192_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
