abstract: Implementation can be an intense time when you are focusing on migrating data and creating the workflows that will be vital for the early days of life in Alma. It is often easier to evaluate your workflows to fully take advantage of the power of Alma after the dust of implementation has settled. 
Ex Libris offers an on-site Expert Service engagement which has been designed to help you do the work of evaluating your workflows. This panel presentation will start out with a description of a typical 3 day on-site visit from your initial request through the final summary delivery. Two customers who have contracted for an on-site Expert Service will then share their experiences with the process including their preparation and follow-up steps.
