N2  - This session will show how to scan and fix bibliographic and holding records in Alma sets by using MARC indication rules and MARC normalization processes. We will discuss indication rule logic, normalization rule syntax, rule salience, conditional vs. unconditional rules, normalization processes for MARC21 Bibliographic and Holding profiles, and best practices for working with indication and normalization rules. Example scenarios and rules will be provided. Note: This session assumes basic knowledge of Alma sets and manual jobs.
