%X In 2019, the University of Minnesota Libraries conducted an audit of their vendor-supplied usage statistics. The project included a review of usage statistics collected and stored in Alma, development of a Tableau visualization for gap analysis, and a strategy for ongoing management. This session will demonstrate the rationale and processes behind the assessment as well as discuss the outcomes and benefits.
