The University of Minnesota upgraded to ARC 2.0 in fall 2008 to take advantage of features and data elements available in the new version. This session will include a discussion of some of the new functionality, examples of important customized reports, a description of the upgrade methodology, and a brief overview of the follow-up work with key stakeholders, including training.
