%X To streamline patron’s access to digital content, USC Libraries integrated LibKey reference linking service with a slew of discovery layers, including Primo and PubMed. In this presentation, we will share the ways these products have been integrated into our workflows, patron responses, and lessons learned from this collaborative effort between technical services, library IT, and public services departments.
