NYU is exploring using Umlaut to extend delivery services in Primo.  This presentation will describe that effort.  It will highlight strengths and weaknesses of Umlaut, issues related to implementation and future plans.  Audience members should be able to determine whether a similar course of action would be relevant and/or desirable at their respective institutions.
