N2  - This report outlines the various problems found within Ex Libris Central Discovery Index (CDI). The
main goal is to assist the ELUNA/IGeLU joint Steering Committee with effectively advocating for the
creation of a dedicated working group and enhancement process for the CDI to Ex Libris senior
management. Currently, CDI issues must be addressed via various related Ex LIbris products which
results in a lack of a holistic development and support and, as a consequence, negatively impacts
functionality and the end user experience. Incudes a cover letter to establish context.
